Chemical Properties
The first innovative Micro-Nice® product
Micro-Nice® Bio 3 MEX is the first innovative
product for general purpose degreasing and oil cleaning used
by all industries. The product is safe for the users (LD50
in Mouse oral route 14,000 mg/ kg. body weight) and is also
not less than 90% biodegradable ( OECD 301-301B ) which is
a high level of biodegradability in green label standards.
How does Micro-Nice® Bio 3 MEX work?
Three main steps and one additional
advantage:
- Penetration: The solution has high penetrating
capability in between the substrate's surface, hence providing
higher cleaning reaction.
- Surface Tension Reduction: It reduces the
surface tension of foreign bodies on a substrate leaving
only the original cleanliness on the surface of the substrate.
- Cleaning : Micro-Nice® Bio
3 MEX being water based, uses small amount of clean water
for cleaning sufficient enough to obtain optimum cleanliness.
- Deodorizing: Micro-Nice® has
a deodorizing property which binds to the decomposed nitrogen
compound (ammonia and ammine) in the environment.
Application of Micro-Nice® Bio 3 MEX for
all Industries
Removes fatty, greasy and dirty substances on work pieces,
machineries and factory floors. Also removes unpleasant odors
on the floors and in sewage.
