Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately
after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. A
written, detailed explanation regarding the reason for the exchange or
return must be submitted to returns@microniceusa.com within
3 business days of receiving the shipment. If product appears damaged
when delivered, please sign for the product as damaged and contact us
immediately. Please do not refuse shipment upon arrival. Refused shipments
will be charged a 20% repackaging fee and all freight charges incurred.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded. No merchandise is to
be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization. All returns
are subject to a 20% repackaging fee, unless the product is being returned
due to damage or defect.
To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions:

Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside
of the packaging, and include a copy of the original invoice.

Return product(s) in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer.

Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.

For your benefit send domestic returns via UPS-Ground, or other
trackable shipping method. International returns can be sent
by the carrier of your choice at your own expense.
Return Authorization will be valid for 30 days.
Therefore, returns must be received
by us within 30 days from the Return Authorization issue date to receive full
credit. Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied
or will incur an additional fee.

Following inspection of the returned product,
a full refund will be issued for the original cost of the returned product
(unless a replacement product has already been shipped).
Shipping costs
are not refundable.

return was due to Technogreen USA’s error, please contact
us to get a UPS return service label. Otherwise, return shipping cost
is at your own expense and will not be refunded.
Adjustments will be

If you have received your product in damaged condition please contact
us immediately at returns@microniceusa.com. Please
provide a detailed explanation of the condition of the product, and we
will notify you by email with further instructions on processing the
